Ranbir Kapoor's Animal from Sandeep Reddy Vanga has set the box office on fire, as it surpasses the impressive milestone of Rs 500 crore globally within merely six days of its premiere. Among the many talking points about the crime drama, the intense and revealing scene featuring Ranbir alongside Triptii Dimri, portraying Zoya, has emerged as a widely discussed topic since the film's debut. In a recent interview, the Laila Majnu star discussed filming the particular intimate scene and highlighted that the rape scenes in Bulbbul posed more personal challenges. She mentioned that during the intimate scene with Ranbir's character in Animal, only four people were present on set. When asked about preparing for the highly discussed scene, Triptii conveyed to ETimes that the scenes involving rape in Bulbbul were more challenging on a personal level. She explained that surrendering oneself in those scenes was tougher than summoning the courage to perform. Triptii reflected that if she could overcome that challenge, the scene in Sandeep Reddy Vanga's directorial was comparatively less demanding. Tripti expressed her reaction to the scene's criticism, acknowledging feeling initially disturbed as she hadn't faced much criticism in her early films. She admitted it was a mix of both positive and negative feedback. However, she emphasized that her comfort level and the support from those on set were crucial. Tripti asserted that as long as she felt comfortable and confident in her actions, she was determined to continue because it was an experience she aimed for as an actor and as an individual.

The Qala star further elaborates on how she felt at ease during the filming of the intimate sequence. She described the minimal presence on set, including herself, Ranbir, Sandeep (the director), and the director of photography. The actress emphasized the continuous support she received, with frequent check-ins ensuring her comfort: "Are you okay? Is that something you want? Are you comfortable?" She expressed that such immense support from the team made her feel entirely at ease. However, she acknowledged that for those unfamiliar with set dynamics and scene filming, imagination might lead to various perceptions. Triptii respected differing opinions but emphasized her personal comfort and commitment to fulfilling her character's requirements.


On the work front, Triptii Dimri to next star alongside Vicky Kaushal in the romantic drama, tentatively titled Mere Mehboob Mere Sanam, scheduled for February release. Additionally, she has the romantic comedy Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video alongside Rajkummar Rao lined up for release next year.
